What we collect. The address you type, and your email if you unlock a full report or join the waitlist. Reports you run are stored in your own browser, not on our servers. Property data comes from public records and listing feeds via RentCast.

What we do with your email. We send you the report you asked for and, occasionally, notes about ProformaHome. The person behind this is a licensed Massachusetts real estate agent; if you ask for help with your home, that's who answers. We never sell or share your email. One click unsubscribes.

The numbers. Rent and value figures are automated estimates built from nearby listings and sales, not appraisals, and the upgrade costs and returns are regional rules of thumb, not bids. Use them to think, then confirm with a professional before you borrow, buy, sell, or build. ProformaHome is provided as-is and isn't liable for decisions made with it.

Payments. When paid reports are on, Stripe handles the card; we never see the number. A full report is a one-time purchase with no subscription.
